Project Manager

Oversees various system projects of a highly complex nature. Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing the project schedule to ensure timely completion of project and meeting deadlines of project. Must be familiar with system scope, project objectives, team member skills in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.

Senior Systems Analyst

Performs detail analysis for large complex projects or systems. Under general supervision, formulates/defines system scope and objectives. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Performs database design, installation, development, and advanced training. Designs, codes, test, debugs, documents and maintains programs. Bachelor's degree in technical area or technical training equivalent. Minimum of five to eight years of systems analysis experience.

Systems Analyst

Develops and maintains computer system environment, including integration of the operating system and application software. Under supervision, formulates/defines system scope and objectives. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Performs database design, installation, development, and tuning. Designs, codes, test, debug, documents and maintains programs. Bachelor's degree in technical area or technical training equivalent. Minimum of two to five years of systems analysis experience.

Junior Systems Analyst

Develops routine system specifications and flow charts from which programs are written. Under immediate supervision, assists in research and fact-finding to develop or modify information systems. Assists in preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Designs, codes, test, debugs, documents and maintains programs. Bachelor's degree in technical area or technical training equivalent. Minimum of one year systems analysis experience.

Senior Programmer

Analyzes functional applications and design specifications for project. Develops block diagrams and flow charts. Under general supervision, develops solutions to address user needs. Interfaces with users to identify and define needs. Designs, develops and tests complex software programs. Primary responsibilities included technical feasibility studies and design phase of projects. Bachelor's degree in technical area or technical training equivalent. Minimum of four to six years of programming experience.

Programmer

Assists with analysis of functional applications and design specifications for projects. Develops block diagrams and flow charts. Under direct supervision, develops solutions to address user needs by interfacing with users to identify and define needs. Designs, develops and tests complex software programs. Involved in technical feasibility studies and design phase of projects. Bachelor's degree in technical area or technical training equivalent. Minimum of one to three years of programming experience.

Business Analyst

Interact with customers and company staff to creatively solve business problems and issues. Works cooperatively with technical staff and performs a variety of development support functions including testing, documentation, training material development, project tracking and project reporting. Must be familiar with system scope and project objectives as well as the role and function of team members. Bachelor's degree in or technical training equivalent. Minimum of one to three years of experience.

Senior Database Administrator

Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of database applications employing relational and/or object-oriented database software. Monitors existing database applications making recommendations for improved performance and service to the application user. Knowledge and experience with application development tools, code generators and full system development life cycle. Expertise in designing and building Web/enabled database applications. Minimum of 7 years progressive database management experience. Supervisor experience in managing database developers, database administrators and programmers. Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business or other related scientific or technical discipline.

Database Administrator

Provides highly technical expertise in the use of relational and/or object-oriented database management systems. Ability to resolve program and system problems through dumps and other debugging techniques. Evaluates and recommends available DBMS products to support validated user requirements. Defines file organization, indexing methods and security procedures for specific user applications. Specialized experience in designing DBMS architectures in client-server and Internet environments. Proficient in utilizing Web-enabled software to access mainframe and/or server database for desktop presentation. Minimum of 5 years progressive database management experience. Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business or other related scientific or technical discipline.

Business Information Consultant

Expertise in information engineering, information technology planning, requirements analysis, workflow and information flow at the enterprise level. This individual is knowledgeable in client server technologies, 4GLs, database system technologies, SQL and groupware products. Employs these and other enabling technologies together with networked computing methodologies to solve a client's business information requirements. Provides customers with the ability to investigate and analyze business requirements, build the workflow and functional organization, develop software models and data definitions and incorporate them into an overall IT plan and recommend and produce an application program design for development. This individual must have strong written, verbal and presentation skills and must be able to assume project lead/project management roles. Minimum of 5 years experience in business process reengineering and system design in multi-tiered operational environment. Bachelors degree in information management, computer science or other related discipline.<

Senior Oracle Developer

Performs requirements analysis for a wide range of users in areas of decision support systems, management information systems, and distributed database architecture. Performs complete system development life cycle to include requirement analysis/conceptual design, site survey, system design review, installation, integration and testing. Expert in the application of automated tools to include Designer/Developer2000. Minimum of 7 years experience in developing ORACLE applications in multi-tier system architecture - Bachelor degree in information management, computer science and business or other related scientific or technical discipline.

Oracle Developer

Provides technical support in the use of the ORACLE DBMS. Evaluates and recommends available DBMS products to support validated user requirements. Defines file organization, indexing methods and security procedures for specific user application. Develops and maintains ORACLE applications, procedures for back-up and recovery, ensures data integrity, security and recovery ability are built into the ORACLE DBMS application. Conducts performance evaluation and measures end user satisfaction. Knowledgeable and experienced with Designer/Developer2000. Minimum of 4 years experience in designing and implementing ORACLE applications. Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, or other related technical degree.

Junior Oracle Developer

Provides technical support in the use of the ORACLE DBMS. Evaluates and recommends available DBMS products to support validated user requirements. Defines file organization, indexing methods and security procedures for specific user application. Develops and maintains ORACLE applications, procedures for back-up and recovery, ensures data integrity, security and recovery ability are built into the ORACLE DBMS application. Knowledgeable and experienced with Designer/Developer2000. Minimum of 1 years experience in designing and implementing ORACLE applications. Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, or other related technical degree.

Data Warehouse Specialist

Provides expert technical support in developing enterprise information systems architecture employing advanced database management tools. Skilled in translating organization-wide mission requirements and information needs into solutions employing baseline of existing systems augmented by state-of-the-art hardware and software to facilitate large volumes of data and transaction. Adept at defining interaction and/or interface between disparate systems and databases. Minimum of 10 years of combined new and legacy technical experience to include mainframe, client server, desktop and internet architectures. Expert in relational database management system, object-oriented database management system, data repository administration and automated extraction tools, and dimensional Data Modeling. Advanced degree in business, computer science, or related technical degree.

Training Specialist

Prepares technical documentation, presents documentation to clients, and assists clients in change management associated with new technological developments. Minimum of one to three years of experience in IT Facilitation.

Senior International Security Trainer/Analyst.

Provides expert technical, functional, and training support in the development and implementation of program requirements, planning, management, and operations in the international security arena including the following areas: statutes, executive orders, and government regulations dealing with the National Disclosure Policy, the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act, DOD technology transfer policy, the information disclosure process, processing of international visitors to DOD Government and contractor facilities, and related information technology systems. Minimum of 8 years experience and a strong background in international security; Masters Degree or equivalent in computer science, operations research, science and finance, economics, engineering, international security policy, international relations, international politics, public administration, public policy, or related studies. The equivalent of a Masters Degree is a Bachelors Degree with four (4) years additional experience (minimum 7 years total experience). Has a demonstrated knowledge of DOD and executive branch organization and functions, DOD department relationships, and channels of communication. One year experience in teaching international security or U.S. security related subjects in a formal setting.

Under direct supervision, operates data entry devices in recording a variety of data; verifies data entered; performs related clerical duties.
