Steve Vandivier is President and Chief Executive Officer of Avanco International, Inc. He has over twenty years of IT industry related experience managing large projects and contracts with the U.S. Army, Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Education , Department of Commerce, State and Local Governments, and various commercial clients in the Insurance, Telecommunications, Trade Association, and Healthcare industries. His experience includes complex studies on information management related issues, functional business analysis and Business Process Reengineering, as well as hardware and software requirements analysis. His responsibilities have required him to organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all of contract activities with clients and Avanco field office personnel.

He is a former President and current member of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Oracle Professionals. He is a sought after speaker, presenting at numerous federal and commercial technical conferences including the DoD Colloquium, Oracle Open World, the International Oracle Users Group, the Oracle Developers Tools Users Group, and the East Coast Oracle Users Group. He is a charter member of the Oracle Business Intelligence and Portal Customer Advisory Boards. He is the coauthor of the Oracle Press book 'The Oracle 9i Application Server Portal Handbook' (Osborne-McGraw Hill). He is also a past president and at-large member of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and an active member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council. Steve is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BA in Economics.

Ray Boehling is the Chief Operating Officer for Avanco International, Inc. He has an extensive background with over 25 years experience in the fields of engineering, construction management, IT development, and business operations. He is responsible for all operating aspects related to the successful execution of Avanco technical projects, development methodologies, business operations, finance and accounting functions, as well as overall corporate administration. Prior to joining Avanco, Ray's career as a technical engineer, business manager and corporate leader supported a diverse spectrum of industries to include transportation, nuclear power, the DoD Intelligence community, and both software development and services.

Ray is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BS and MS in Engineering. He also received his MBA in Finance and Management from Virginia Tech. He is a registered and licensed professional engineer and a member of the American Management Association, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Steve James is the Director of Avanco operations for the Northeast Region based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He has over eighteen years of IT industry experience focused on data systems management, data assimilation, database and systems design and corporate reporting. Steve has successfully designed and developed production data warehouses for insurance, health care and financial applications in the commercial and government sectors. In addition to his time with Avanco, Steve has held IT leadership positions for several financial corporations in Central Pennsylvania. In his last position as Director of Decision Support Systems, he delivered a corporate insurance data warehouse system that comprises actuarial, financial, claims, underwriting and executive functionality.

As a member of Oracle's Business Intelligence Advisory Board, Steve helps Avanco clients to maximize the benefits of their investment in Oracle technology. Steve is an active member of the Harrisburg Chamber of Commerce and Central PA Technology Council.
